Recording storage estimate
Use the measured average recording bitrate for each camera; this simple model assumes all cameras have that bitrate. Default 4 Mbps is an example, not a recommendation. Enter estimated actual recording hours for event recording. Decimal GB/TB; audio, extra streams, RAID, filesystem reserve and network overhead are excluded. Paid kit workflow
Site survey → itemised quotation → camera register → handover checks → service visit record. Keep pending/fail statuses visible and document the next action. One business licence: use your own name on customer reports.
Licence: one business, internal staff use allowed; customer reports may be shared. App resale or redistribution is prohibited. Current desktop Chrome/Edge intended. No subscriptions or external requests in the downloaded app. Checklists are editable work records, not a certification or legal/compliance advice. Follow the equipment manual and use qualified personnel for physical/electrical work.
