These terms apply to printing and cyber cafe services provided by Anitech Cafe, operated by Aniruddha Mandal.

Online payment scope: The Self Print Razorpay checkout is used only for A4 self-print jobs whose final amount is displayed before payment. Digital-product purchases use the separate checkout described below.

Customer responsibility

You must have the right to submit and print the document.
You must verify the correct file, page count, print mode, copies and orientation before payment.
You must not submit unlawful, harmful, abusive, infringing or malicious content.
Password-protected, corrupted, executable or unsupported files may be rejected.

Service limits

Automatic printing may be limited by file size, page count, copies, print mode, printer status and paper availability. Large, colour, unusual-size or suspicious jobs may be placed in paid-pending status for review.

Output

Screen colours may differ from printed colours. Minor variation in margins, scaling, colour and paper output is normal. Custom finishing, special paper and exact colour matching require confirmation at the shop.

Payments

The Self Print Razorpay checkout collects only the final amount displayed for the selected A4 self-print job. It does not collect government fees, application fees, taxes, travel fares or money-transfer amounts. A print job is released only after payment verification. Payment does not override file, safety or operational restrictions.

Independent facilitation

Anitech Cafe is a privately operated printing and digital-assistance business, not a government department. Where we assist with an external or government portal, we provide only form-filling, document-preparation or submission assistance. We do not issue documents, determine eligibility or guarantee approval. Any official fee is payable separately through the concerned official portal.

Pickup

Customers must present the job or pickup reference where requested. Anitech Cafe may refuse release where identity or authority to collect a sensitive document is reasonably uncertain.

Availability

Services may be paused due to printer faults, power, internet, paper, maintenance or security issues. Eligible reprints and refunds are handled under our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Digital product purchases

The Cafe Accounts Tracker and Offline Typing Practice Kit are offered separately on our Digital Products page. Its price, capacity, software requirements, applicable business or personal-use licence and digital-delivery terms appear there before purchase. The Self Print checkout remains exclusively for printing. Where the separate product checkout is available, it collects only the displayed digital-product price. It does not collect government or other pass-through fees.
