Anitech Cafe currently provides printed documents for collection from the shop. We do not offer postal or courier shipping through this website.

Collection

Please provide the job ID, payment reference or pickup code when requested. Customers should check page count and obvious print defects at collection.

Timing

Small supported jobs may begin shortly after verified payment. Printer faults, large jobs, colour jobs, special paper or shop workload may require additional time. Contact the shop before travelling if the order status is uncertain.

Unclaimed documents

To protect privacy, unclaimed printed documents may be securely destroyed after 24 hours. Charges are not normally refundable where printing was completed correctly but the customer did not collect the output.

Digital product delivery

Digital Excel and offline HTML products are not shipped or collected at the counter. When the product checkout is enabled, the download becomes available in the same browser after verified captured payment. Retain a local copy and your payment reference. WhatsApp orders require separate payment and delivery confirmation with the shop. See the product page for capacity, licence and download details.
