Privacy Policy

Anitech Cafe, operated by Aniruddha Mandal, respects the privacy of customers using our cyber cafe and printing services.

Information we may collect

• Name, mobile number or email when supplied for service communication.
• Documents voluntarily provided for printing, scanning or assisted services.
• Print selections such as page count, copies, colour mode and amount.
• Payment identifiers and status supplied by the payment provider. We do not store UPI PINs or card credentials.
• Basic security and operational logs such as date, time, job ID and service status.

How we use information

Information is used only to provide the requested service, verify payment, operate the print queue, resolve support issues, prevent abuse and comply with applicable law.

Document retention

Successfully printed or unpaid uploaded documents are scheduled for deletion within one hour. A paid document that could not be printed may be retained for up to 24 hours for reprint or refund handling. Operational and transaction records may be retained where reasonably required for accounting, security, dispute resolution or legal compliance.

Sharing

We may share the minimum necessary information with payment, hosting and security service providers that help deliver the service. We do not sell customer documents or personal information.

Security

We use access controls, limited file types, restricted retention and secure payment-provider integration. No internet service can be guaranteed completely risk-free; customers should avoid uploading documents unrelated to the requested service.

Your choices

You may ask whether a pending document is still held and request deletion where the service, dispute and legal requirements permit.

Digital product checkout

For digital products, payment references and order information are processed to verify purchases and authorise downloads. A secure first-party session cookie binds the checkout to the browser that created the order. This expires after one day. The current browser tab also keeps payment-verification and download references in session storage for purchase recovery; these are removed when the browser session ends. Download authorisation expires after seven days. Payment-provider transaction records remain subject to the provider's retention policy. The Excel workbook and the offline typing kit run locally. Workbook entries and typing passages are not uploaded to this website. The typing demo and offline kit save recent attempt summaries in local browser storage; CSV and JSON backup features allow users to retain their own results.

Digital product analytics and owner reports

From 15 October 2026, we record product-page visits and Buy-button attempts using a random first-party cookie lasting up to one day. Visits are deduplicated per product, browser and Indian calendar day; buy attempts are deduplicated in 30-minute windows. We store hashed event keys, product, event type and time, not customer names, contact details, IP addresses or typed passages in these analytics tables. Browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control preferences suppress these analytics events. Payment identifiers, product, amounts, refunds and payment status are stored separately for sales reconciliation. Only the authorised owner can read sales and analytics reports after ChatGPT sign-in.
