Download a settings file; load it next time. It contains no images. Recheck portal instructions before reusing.
3. Images to A4 PDF
Up to 10 JPG/PNG/WebP images, 12 MB each, 40 MB combined. One image per A4 page in selection order; white margins, no crop. Does not import or compress existing PDFs. Check the PDF's size against your portal limit.

- Read the latest official instructions, including format, dimensions, KB and DPI.
- Inspect the downloaded file: face/signature fully visible, sharp and correctly oriented.
- Check the portal preview after upload. Keep originals separately.
